If for whatever unfortunate event your Urban Art product, was delivered damaged we want to make it right for you! You can easily process a return, replacement or exchange within 14 days after your order ships.*

We are committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If your purchase was delivered damaged, you may return it within 14 days of receipt and receive a free replacement or a full refund for the price of the product. Shipping charges will not be refunded. 

If your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition we offer a hassle-free Photo Return option to speed replacement. Here's how:

  1. Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
  2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to support@urbanart.co. Please include your order number, shipping ID or item number, a brief description of the reason for the return, and whether you'd like a replacement or a refund.
  3. You will receive an email within 24-48 hours confirming that your photo return is being processed.
  4. If your photo return is confirmed, you do not need to mail back your order. We will process the refund or replacement based on your photos.


  • Photo Returns are accepted for most paper, canvas, metal, and acrylic prints. Photo Returns are not available for some items, including original artwork, apparel, and limited-edition prints.
  • If the damage or quality issue is not apparent in the photo, you may be required to return the item at your expense before the return can be processed
  • Due to the custom nature of our products, all requests for refunds will be processed minus a 20% processing fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Refund requests must be received within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Each piece is custom printed as soon as your order is placed and we cannot re-sell or re-stock any items that are returned. Contact us today for more information on how to obtain a refund.
  • No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the ship date.
